FLEP: State Priority Plan for Mississippi

The Mississippi Forestry Commission is proud to present the State Priority Plan for implementation of the Forest Land Enhancement Program (FLEP) in Mississippi. FLEP was authorized in the 2002 Farm Bill to encourage long-term sustainability of nonindustrial private forest lands. The Mississippi Forestry Commission has worked diligently with Mississippi’s Forest Stewardship Committee to develop a plan that provides the greatest benefit for the amount of funds available.
